Works directly with the Venturing Scouts providing direction, coaching, and support.
Adult backup for the Crew Advisor. Supports and provides support for the Crew Leadership.

Helps units be successful and provides coordination between the chartered organization and Scouting America
Elected by youth members, the Primary Leader of the Crew. Leads the officers.
